How do I return a product?

Please use our returns portal to return your item to us.

Our returns period is currently 7 working days and starts from the date you receive your order.

We aim to process all returns within 20 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days during busy times of the year.

Can I replace an item?

Only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or superior value is possible at the store (the difference in price must be paid by you).

Refunds received

We aim to process all returned orders within 20 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
